Most clinic software is translated, not designed bilingual — and priced for single practices, not groups.
Right-to-left layout, Arabic typography, and Arabic clinical dictation. Not a language pack bolted onto an English product.
Contracts, tariffs, patient share, and pre-approvals are core to how a visit is priced — because in this market they always are.
Queue changes push to every screen over a live connection, including the waiting-room display, without anyone refreshing.
Organisation → branch → clinic → room is the actual data model. Adding a branch does not mean a second system.
We don’t publish customer or usage metrics until they’re independently verifiable. This is what the system itself does right now.
