Capabilities

What your team actually uses every day

Each of these exists because a clinic asked for it — not because it filled a feature grid.

Inside the product

A closer look

Twelve of the surfaces your team works in. Select one to view it.

Booking and the day list

Appointment or first-come-first-served, per doctor. Walk-ins, blocked slots, reschedules, and cancellation reasons all recorded.

Live patient queue

Reception, doctors, and the waiting-room display share one queue over a live connection. No refreshing, no calling across the corridor.

Voice-dictated clinical notes

Dictate after a consultation. The note is transcribed and sorted into diagnosis, symptoms, history, treatment plan, allergies, and seven other sections.

Contracts, tariffs, pre-approvals

Price lists per payer, with patient and company share resolved per service. Coverage rules decide what needs a pre-approval before the visit happens.

Cashier shifts that reconcile

A cashier cannot invoice without an open shift. Closing one produces cash, card, discount, and refund totals against what was counted.

Multi-branch by design

Organisation, branch, clinic, and room are separate levels — not tags. Staff, schedules, and reporting follow that structure.

Arabic and English, properly

Full right-to-left interface, not a translated afterthought. Staff switch language per account without changing anything else.

How it runs

One visit, start to finish

The same record moves through every stage. Nothing is re-entered, and nothing is reconciled twice.

01

Booked

Reception books against the doctor’s real availability. The payer contract prices the visit immediately.

02

Arrived

Check-in puts the patient in the live queue. The waiting-room screen and the doctor both see it.

03

Seen

The doctor works from the queue, opens the record, and dictates the note. Requests and investigations attach to the visit.

04

Settled

The cashier takes payment against an open shift. The invoice, the patient balance, and the shift total all agree.

Why ClinicWorks

Built for how Gulf clinics actually operate

Most clinic software is translated, not designed bilingual — and priced for single practices, not groups.

Arabic is a first-class interface

Right-to-left layout, Arabic typography, and Arabic clinical dictation. Not a language pack bolted onto an English product.

Insurance is the default, not an add-on

Contracts, tariffs, patient share, and pre-approvals are core to how a visit is priced — because in this market they always are.

The floor stays in sync

Queue changes push to every screen over a live connection, including the waiting-room display, without anyone refreshing.

Groups, not just clinics

Organisation → branch → clinic → room is the actual data model. Adding a branch does not mean a second system.

See it against your own workflow

A 30-minute call. Tell us how your clinic runs today and we will show the parts that matter to you — not a generic tour.
