Yes. A clinic group has branches, each with its rooms; a doctor’s clinic is a doctor in a room, and a doctor can work in more than one branch. Staff choose their branch when they sign in. The home dashboard reports on one branch at a time.
Patients and staff can be imported from Excel templates, and so can your medicine list and setup lists like jobs and payment methods. Rows that need fixing are listed; the rest is saved.
Each clinic group has its own web address, and its data is kept apart from other clinics’. Uploaded files are stored on AWS in the EU (Frankfurt).
No. ClinicWorks runs in the browser, on computers, tablets and phones. The waiting-room screen is a page on any screen with a browser.
