Before you ask
Yes. We import patients, appointment history, and outstanding balances from spreadsheets or an export from your current system. Migration is scoped during onboarding and run on a staging environment first.
Fully. The entire interface is right-to-left in Arabic, including clinical notes and printed documents. Each staff account chooses its own language, so a bilingual team can work in both at once.
You define payers, contracts, and tariffs — a price list per contract with standard price, discount, patient share, and company share for each service. When a visit is booked against a policy, the system applies the tariff and flags anything requiring pre-approval.
Yes. Branch, clinic, and room are distinct levels in the data model. Staff, schedules, rooms, and services are assigned per branch, while roles, jobs, and service catalogues are defined once for the organisation.
